Plagiarism Policy
Plagiarism Policy
Journal of Endocrine Tests maintains a strict policy on plagiarism to ensure the integrity and originality of all submitted manuscripts. The following outlines the journal's procedures and penalties for plagiarism:
- Threshold for Plagiarism: Any manuscript found to contain 25% or more plagiarized content is considered unacceptable and will be immediately rejected.
- Screening Program: All submitted manuscripts must undergo a plagiarism screening using the iThenticate plagiarism detection program.
- Report Submission: Authors are required to submit a plagiarism report generated by iThenticate along with their manuscript submission.
The journal's commitment to upholding ethical standards in academic publishing prohibits any forms of plagiarism, ensuring that all published work is original and properly credited. For authors who are unable to perform a plagiarism screening, the Journal of Endocrine Tests will perform the screening itself, but authors should note that this may result in a longer article evaluation process. Joırnal of Endocrine Tests recommends that authors submit a plagiarism report.
